James Kalp, PhD, SHRM-SCP – Founder & CEO

Dr. James Kalp is an accomplished Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in leadership development, organizational culture transformation, and HR optimization. Holding a PhD in I-O Psychology and SHRM-SCP certification, Dr. Kalp has successfully scaled a startup and served on a nonprofit board, including a term as chairman. His expertise in data-driven strategies and executive coaching has helped numerous organizations improve performance, reduce turnover, and develop effective leaders.
